Dimensions: The rack measures 23" (L) x 5" (W) x 3 1/8" (H) overall. The prongs on the hooks are 4 3/8" (L) x 1" (W), with a gap between each prong of 1 1/4".

Suitable for storing fitness equipment in home gyms, garages, and commercial gyms. It is specifically designed for Olympic Barbells of 6ft and longer.

Practical Design: The spacing and length of the 11 prongs make it versatile for hanging various items. The upward sloping design at the end of the prongs helps prevent items from slipping off. The addition of two carabiners allows for hanging items that may not fit well on the prongs.

Application: Ideal for hanging resistance bands, Olympic Barbell Bars, lifting belts, dip belts, chains, jump ropes, to prevent tangling and maintain organization. It can also be used to hang baseball bats, medals, small weightlifting equipment, and store foam rollers.

Easy Installation: Simple to install and disassemble, the product includes installation hardware. The distance between the mounting holes is 16" from center to center.
